Nu Skin Enterprises has wound down BeautyBio, the skincare and beauty-device brand it acquired for 75 million dollars in 2023, according to reporting confirmed with the brand founder and mirrored by the BeautyBio public website message directing shoppers to Amazon.

Nu Skin earlier disclosed that it decided in the first quarter of 2026 to wind down the separate BeautyBio business, recording a 1.8 million dollar impairment and other wind-down charges as part of about 5.9 million dollars of related costs, after a 25.1 million dollar BeautyBio impairment in 2025. As of March 31, 2026, BeautyBio had no remaining carrying value. Retail partners have been liquidating remaining inventory.

BeautyBio, known for devices such as GloPRO, had been housed in Nu Skin's Rhyz Other segment alongside LifeDNA. Nu Skin continues to push its Prysm iO wellness device within the core affiliate business and, after second-quarter results, guided 2026 revenue to 1.28 billion to 1.35 billion dollars.
