LONDON, United Kingdom -- May 29, 2026
Oriflame published its 2025 annual report, saying sales fell to 561 million euros from 604 million euros a year earlier, a 7% decline, amid macroeconomic pressure, adverse foreign exchange and lower activity.
Adjusted EBITDA fell to 5.1 million euros from 23.3 million euros, for a 0.9% margin versus 3.9% in 2024. Gross margin declined on lower volumes, more promotions and higher freight costs, while operating expenses rose on selling, marketing and European distribution changes. CEO and President Anna Malmhake said 2025 laid a foundation after the company's late-2025 recapitalization and transformation plans. Robert Bensoussan joined as board chairman during the year.
Oriflame said it would present the full-year results and first-quarter 2026 figures on a June 2 conference call with Malmhake and CFOO Jog Dhody.
