The Real Brokerage Inc. has acquired the AI-powered consumer home search portal and related technology assets of Flyhomes and made an equity investment in Flyhomes to support its shift into a wholesale mortgage lender. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Real plans to integrate the Flyhomes portal, which has deep MLS integrations and real-time market data, into its forthcoming consumer product, Leo for Clients. Through its subsidiary One Real Mortgage, Real will also offer Flyhomes' Buy Before You Sell financing products to its agents and their clients.
"By bringing Flyhomes' consumer technology under the Real umbrella, we're combining the best in real estate innovation to deliver a seamless, AI-powered experience, designed around people, for both agents and consumers," said Tamir Poleg, chairman and CEO of Real.
Real said its in-house agent software platform, reZEN, now powers more than 120,000 transactions a year.
