The Real Brokerage Inc. said Sharran Srivatsaa will step down as president to join the company's board of directors, subject to corporate approvals, effective June 1, 2025.
Chairman and CEO Tamir Poleg said Srivatsaa had been instrumental in shaping the company's culture and growth. As a director, Srivatsaa will focus on representing the voice of Real's agents, the company said, and he will work with the leadership team on the transition in the coming months.
"While stepping away from my day-to-day role as President is bittersweet, I am incredibly confident in the strength of our leadership team and the trajectory of our company," Srivatsaa said.
Real said it supported more than 26,000 agents in the U.S. and Canada at the time of the announcement.
