The Real Brokerage Inc. reported record second-quarter 2024 revenue of 340.8 million dollars, up 84 percent from 185.3 million dollars a year earlier, and a narrower net loss attributable to owners of 1.2 million dollars, compared with 4.1 million dollars.
Gross profit rose 79 percent to 31.9 million dollars, and adjusted EBITDA climbed to 14.0 million dollars from 2.6 million dollars. Real closed 30,367 transactions, up 73 percent, with a total value of 12.6 billion dollars.
The agent count rose 70 percent to 19,540 at quarter end, and the company said it had more than 20,000 agents as of August 7. During the quarter Real launched its Real Luxury division and a Real Partners vendor program.
