The Real Brokerage Inc. reported third-quarter 2025 revenue of 568.5 million dollars, up 53 percent from 372.5 million dollars a year earlier, and a net loss attributable to owners of 0.4 million dollars, narrower than the 2.6 million dollar loss a year ago.
Gross profit rose 40 percent to 44.9 million dollars, and adjusted EBITDA grew to 20.4 million dollars from 13.3 million dollars. Closed transactions rose 49 percent, and Real generated 8.8 million dollars in cash from operations during the quarter.
The agent count rose 39 percent to 30,183 at quarter end. Chief Operating Officer Jenna Rozenblat said the company added about 2,100 agents organically in the quarter while agent churn fell to multi-year lows.
