The Real Brokerage Inc. reported third-quarter 2024 revenue of 372.5 million dollars, up 74 percent from 214.6 million dollars a year earlier, and a net loss attributable to owners of 2.6 million dollars, narrower than the 4.0 million dollar loss a year ago.
Gross profit rose 71 percent to 32.1 million dollars, and adjusted EBITDA increased to 13.3 million dollars from 3.5 million dollars. Operating expenses rose 52 percent to 34.6 million dollars.
Real closed 35,832 transactions, up 76 percent, worth 14.4 billion dollars. Its agent count rose 79 percent to 21,770 at quarter end, and the company said it had about 22,500 agents as of November 7. During the quarter Real officially launched Real Wallet, its first fintech product for agents.
