Scentsy co-chief executives Orville and Heidi Thompson will move to London to serve as a mission president for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from the summer of 2021 until June 2024.
President Dan Orchard will become interim chief executive and take primary responsibility for operations while they are away. Heidi Thompson said the executive team has been prepared so day-to-day work does not depend on the co-chief executives, and that they expect to step away for a few years. They plan to return to the co-chief executive roles in 2024.
