The Oklahoma City marketer of diet aids, nutritional supplements and skin care products has settled two lawsuits and closed a lease/purchase agreement with a Texas company to take over an idled Pontotoc County Styrofoam cup plant AMS bought last year.
AMS President Jerry Grizzle said the company's next goal is to attract attention from analysts, fill vacant board seats and take steps to assure that its stock can remain listed on the American Stock Exchange.
