Pampered Chef Names New CEO

Pampered Chef names new CEO (Crain's) - Addison-based kitchenware direct-seller The Pampered Chef Ltd. is promoting an executive from within to CEO, the company said Wednesday.

Marla Gottschalk, 45, will become chief executive May 1 after 2 � years of service as the Pampered Chef's president and chief operating officer. She previously spent 14 years at Kraft Foods Inc.

Ms. Gottschalk will work closely with Pampered Chef founder and Chairman Doris K. Christopher.
