Robert Anderson, who is not related to the family who owns the company, allegedly shipped Ava Anderson Non Toxic products to a store he owns in Key West, Florida, where they were relabeled and sold under a different name. Police, who were notified by the company's owner after uncovering evidence of the theft, raided Anderson's home and found $50,000 worth of merchandise.
Anderson was released on personal recognizance after being arraigned and will appear in Superior Court at a later date.
