Thank you for your interest in Fitness Together and the Fitness For Life Franchise Corporation. Fitness For Life, Inc. (FFL) was founded by Rick Sikorski in 1983 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The name the franchises operate under was changed to Fitness Together in 1999 for national trademark protection. Fitness Together is now the largest personal training organization in the world. Our program offers unique personalized fitness training for men and women ranging from fifteen to eighty years of age. In the privacy of individual suites, our clients work with their own personal trainer to achieve mutually established fitness goals.
