Mark's Pizzeria began in 1982 as one of both necessity and inspiration to the founder, Mr. Mark Crane. Determined to succeed, and without previous experience in the food service industry, he secured a few hundred square feet for a pizza operation in Palmyra, NY at The Garlock House, a former first class country restaurant that had fallen on several years of disrepair and alternative uses. It was here that the basic concepts and recipes of the business were born.
Adherence to the highest levels of customer service and delivery of a consistently superior product has always been the operating criteria of the company.
