Forever Living's regulatory history includes a 2026 FTC action against Forever Living Products International LLC, Forever Living.com LLC, CEO Gregg Maughan, and President Aidan O'Hare over allegedly deceptive earnings claims. The FTC alleged that at least 77% of FBOs who purchased, sold, or recruited in each of the prior five years received no compensation, and that more than 89% of new participants had not earned enough after two full years to recover an initial $300-plus startup cost. The FTC order permanently prohibits deceptive earnings claims and resolves allegations that the company misled consumers about the income potential of the opportunity.
