LiveGood Review and Profile

LiveGood is a membership-based nutritional supplement and wellness company headquartered in Jupiter, Florida. The company was founded by Ben Glinsky, who serves as CEO, together with longtime business partner Nauder Khazan and husband-and-wife team Dr. Ryan Goodkin and Lisa Goodkin. Glinsky and Khazan modeled the business on a wholesale club, in which members pay a recurring fee for access to products priced near cost. LiveGood launched in 2022, with company materials citing a global launch date of December 13, 2022. Ryan Goodkin, a pharmacist who serves as Director of Product Development, formulates the company's products, which include multivitamins, plant-based protein and superfood powders, amino acid and anti-inflammatory supplements, weight-management products, coffee, essential oils, skin care, and CBD oils. LiveGood operates in the United States and internationally, including Australia and New Zealand.

LiveGood operates as a multilevel-marketing company through independent representatives called Affiliates. Customers may become Members for $9.95 per month or $99.95 per year to purchase products at member prices, and Members may become Affiliates by paying a one-time $40 affiliate fee. Affiliates earn Weekly Fast Start Commissions of $5 for each new Member and $20 for each new Affiliate they refer. Matrix Commissions pay 2.5% of each $9.95 monthly membership fee in a two-wide forced matrix, beginning with a Member's second month, through 12 levels for unranked Affiliates and up to 15 levels at Diamond rank. Affiliates also receive a 50% Matching Bonus on the matrix commissions of personally enrolled Affiliates, with additional generational matches of 10% at Silver, 5% at Gold and Platinum, and 3% at Diamond paid through as many as five enrollment generations. The plan also includes Retail Commissions on the difference between retail and member prices, a Customer Acquisition Bonus, Influencer Bonuses, and a Diamond Bonus Pool sharing 2% of total monthly company sales.

In 2024, the Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council (DSSRC) of BBB National Programs opened a monitoring inquiry into earnings and product-performance claims made by LiveGood salesforce members on Facebook and YouTube. LiveGood removed all but one of the social media posts containing the earnings claims at issue, and DSSRC recommended that the remaining video be modified or discontinued. DSSRC is an industry self-regulatory body rather than a government agency.

In May 2025, DSSRC concluded a second monitoring inquiry covering 18 earnings claims and six product-performance claims posted by LiveGood salesforce members on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including claims that Affiliates could earn "as much as" or "up to $2,047.50 a month." LiveGood removed 10 of the 24 posts and sent takedown requests for the rest but did not commit to adhering to DSSRC's recommendations. DSSRC determined that a referral to government authorities was not warranted at that time but stated that it would continue to monitor the company's claims.

In March 2026, New Zealand's Commerce Commission announced that it was investigating LiveGood promotion centered in the Hawke's Bay region as a potential pyramid scheme. The Commission said the affiliate compensation plan carried the hallmarks of a pyramid scheme and that the investigation was in its early stages. The announcement was not a finding that LiveGood or its participants had violated the law.
