Megan's Pantry was a New Mexico-based gourmet-food direct-selling company founded in Sandia Park in 2001. The business grew from a family background spanning more than 25 years in the restaurant and specialty-food industries. Matt Cox and Sheri Cox were identified as the company's owners, and the independent-consultant program began operating nationally in July 2003.

The company offered more than 35 easy-to-prepare gourmet products, including soups, sauces, bread and muffin mixes, beverages, seasonings and desserts. Products included Three Cheese Potato Soup, Mexican Ole, Southwest Chipotle Seasoning, Old World Beer Bread, Cranberry Orange Muffins and Chocolate Mud Brownies. Megan's Pantry also offered fundraising programs through which schools and community organizations could sell its packaged food mixes.

Independent consultants sold the products through home tasting parties, catalog orders, fundraisers and personalized online stores. A 2007 recruiting promotion advertised personal commissions ranging from 25% to 42%, team-sales overrides of up to 6%, cash bonuses, incentives and recognition awards. Consultants were not required to conduct home parties or meet a monthly sales minimum. The same promotion offered enrollment for $30, although that may have been a limited recruiting special rather than the company's standard starter-kit price.

Megan's Pantry is no longer operating as a gourmet-food party-plan company.
