New Vision International no longer appears to be active as a direct sales company.

New Vision International was a nutritional-supplement MLM associated with the Boreyko family and the former NewVision.com domain. The company operated from Arizona and sold dietary supplements through independent distributors, with products including Essential Minerals, OPC Grape Seed Extract, JuicePower Juicecaps, FlexRite glucosamine, and the “God’s Recipe” supplement regimen.

New Vision operated through a multilevel marketing plan in which distributors could earn money from product sales at suggested markups and from recruiting and training other distributors. The company’s product positioning centered on minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, grape-seed extract, and other nutritional-supplement products marketed through the independent-distributor channel.

The original New Vision MLM is no longer active as a standalone company. The NewVision.com domain now displays a Bodē Pro transition page stating that Bodē Pro is part of Zinzino, with customers directed to shop at Zinzino.com and partners directed to join the Zinzino opportunity. Zinzino acquired Bodē Pro’s distributor database, customer register, inventory, and IP rights in 2025; the acquired Bodē Pro business had approximately $7 million in annual turnover, with about 55% of revenue coming from Japan.

New Vision’s regulatory history includes a 1998–1999 FTC case involving unsubstantiated health claims for “God’s Recipe,” a combination of New Vision dietary supplements promoted as a natural alternative to Ritalin for ADD/ADHD. The FTC described New Vision as a multilevel marketing company and said the respondents lacked a reasonable basis for claims that the regimen could cure, prevent, treat, or mitigate ADD/ADHD or serve as an effective alternative treatment to Ritalin. The case resulted in an FTC order restricting disease-treatment, Ritalin-alternative, and testimonial claims unless properly substantiated.
