Before coming on board with Affordable Energy, he led a company in the Multi-Level Marketing/Broadband Telephone industry, as Director of Sales, from 200 affiliates to over 30,000 affiliates in its first year of start-up along with revenue of $2 Million a month in sales and growing. Mr. McMillan brings a proven ability to guide the distributor/sales force into developing the sales potential in new market areas, strong analytical and planning skills, combined with the ability to coordinate the efforts of many to meet organizational goals through motivational and sales training. He is one of less than 1,000 individualsï¿¿ world-wide who have been certified in Network Marketing: Planning, Building & Managing a Distributor Organization by the University of Illinois at Chicago- College of Business Administration.

Mr. Honore developed the concept of Affordable Energy with a vision for the company to quickly become a leading brand associated with quality and excellence. Mr. Honore will lead Affordable Energyï¿¿s overall strategic direction and marketing initiative deploying a system of cooperative marketing with core values of honesty, integrity, and fairness towards all associates regardless of rank. A.J. Honore is a seasoned executive with more than 14 years of banking experience and more than 12 years as a business executive and consultant in deregulated industries. Prior to founding Affordable Energy, he served as Vice President and Trust Officer for Chase Bank and has been a lead distributor for both retail and wholesale distribution of communication and energy services. He served as Trustee and Investment Officer for the issuance of $1 Billion in Revenue Bonds for the Brazos River Authority and Houston Lighting and Powerï¿¿s participation in the South Texas Nuclear Power Plant. He also held multiple senior sales and management positions at IBM, MCI Communications and First City Bank Corp. Mr. Honore graduated with a Bachelorï¿¿s of Business Administration, specializing in Banking and Finance from Texas Southern University and is married with four children.
