Katie Rodan

Co-Developer

Dr. Rodan is an adjunct clinical assistant professor of dermatology at Stanford University School of Medicine, and has her own private practice in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology located in Oakland, California. She has been included in “Best Doctors in America” and is a member of numerous professional societies, including the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the California Medical Association. Dr. Rodan has authored or co-authored articles for publications such as the Archives in Dermatology and the Journal of Investigative Dermatology. In addition, she has given numerous presentations and lectures with an emphasis on skin and hair care. Dr. Rodan is frequently featured in national beauty and women’s magazines, and is a guest medical correspondent for KRON-TV News, the NBC affiliate in San Francisco. She has appeared on The Montel Williams Show, The View and Later Today.

Kathy Fields

Co-Developer

Dr. Fields is a Stanford-trained, board-certified dermatologist who has been in private practice in San Francisco since 1987. In her own medical and surgical dermatology practice, she devotes her time to both cosmetic dermatology as well as treating disorders of the skin, hair and nails. She also is a clinical instructor of Dermatology at UCSF and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. As an authority on skin disease and aging, Dr. Fields has been featured in Who's Who in America Women and American Business. She has lectured nationally to her peers on acne, botox injections, liposuction and aging skin, as well as cancer and breakthrough dermatology. Dr. Fields is a consultant for KRON-TV, Channel 4, San Francisco News, a beauty and skin consultant for Nordstrom stores, and has appeared on The View with Barbara Walters and the Discovery Channel.

Amnon Rodan

Chairman

Amnon Rodan has served a chairman of Rodan and Fields since its inception in 2002. With more than 25 years of business development and marketing experience, Rodan is responsible for management of the Rodan and Fields business. Under his leadership, Rodan and Fields became a leading dermatologist brand in top tier department stores. Rodan was also instrumental in the unprecedented decision to move the company’s products out of the traditional retail channel in favor of direct selling. Prior to joining Rodan and Fields, Rodan was the founder of multiple, successful technology development companies and a highly sought after business strategy consultant. Rodan received a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelors of Science in Economics from Loyola Marymount, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Lori Bush

President and General Manager

Lori Bush joined Rodan and Fields as President and General Manager in October of 2007. With more than 25 years experience in the consumer and health care products industries, Bush is responsible for overseeing the brand’s entrance into the direct selling arena. A seasoned direct selling leader, Bush previously served as President of Nu Skin International, the $500 million personal care division of Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., (NSE), a global direct selling company operating in more than 40 markets around the world. During her tenure with the company, Bush acted as a global spokesperson for the brand while leading the marketing, operations and research and development functions. Bush has also held several leadership positions within the skincare franchise of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Companies including Worldwide Executive Director Skin Care Ventures and Vice President of Professional Marketing at Neutrogena. Bush received a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing from Temple University and a Bachelors of Science in Medical Technology from The Ohio State University.

Christine Male

Vice President, Sales

Christine Male joined Rodan and Fields as Vice President of Sales in 2008. She has 19 years of experience in the retail and direct sales industry, most recently as a Sales Field Leader with The Body Shop at Home. Prior to developing her own successful direct sales business, Christine was the Executive Director of Field Development for The Longaberger Company, a well-respected party plan company based in Ohio, in which she was responsible for the training and sales development of 70,000 independent consultants and leaders. A British national, Christine came to the U.S. in 2000 from the retail side of business where she was the Global Retail Director at The Body Shop, responsible for 150 stores in 10 markets in Southeast Asia. Later, as the Global Development Director, she was part of the launch team for The Body Shop’s original party plan business, developing a field team of over 1000 consultants and sales of $5 million in just 2 years.
