At Mortgage Ramp (a subsidiary of General Motors Commercial Mortgage), Cotton was Chief Information Officer, overseeing all technical operations of the company. He also was the lead executive for a software division that quickly became the industry leader in commercial real estate origination and securitization.

During the past 25 years, Morris has been instrumental in taking five different start-up companies from zero to $15 million per month in sales. With one of those companies, he set records by enrolling more than 100,000 people in less than 90 days. He is an engaging speaker and has a passion for charity work in third-world nations.

In addition, he has vast knowledge of the network marketing industry, including industry strategies, infrastructure, systems, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain management, product development and organizational development. He was responsible for Domestic Operations and International Development at Mannatech and has served in C Level management capacity for several other network marketing companies. As Executive Vice President with Mannatech he helped take the company from approximately $10 million in annual sales to over $116 million during his first three years. He also was responsible for operations in Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Japan.
