Peter Hammer, VP of Operations

Peter Hammer serves as the Vice President of Operations for eXfuze and has more than 20 years experience in a variety of corporate settings throughout the country. This includes positions with the U.S. Department of Energy, Citicorp, Baxter Travenol, Inc., Datasphere and The Network.

In addition, he has vast knowledge of the network marketing industry, including industry strategies, infrastructure, systems, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain management, product development and organizational development. He was responsible for Domestic Operations and International Development at Mannatech and has served in C Level management capacity for several other network marketing companies. As Executive Vice President with Mannatech he helped take the company from approximately $10 million in annual sales to over $116 million during his first three years. He also was responsible for operations in Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Japan.

Peter is the newest member of the Executive Team at Enliven and brings over 25 years of corporate experience. His experience includes important positions at the U.S. Department of Energy, Citicorp, Baxter Travenol, Inc., Datasphere, and as Executive Vice President of Operations and International Development for Mannatech, a Network Marketing company that specializes in nutritional products.

During his tenure there he set up their call center operation, IT department and all logistical concerns dealing with operations, shipping, fulfillment, and state-of-the-art warehousing. He opened business offices in Australia, The United Kingdom, the Caribbean, and Japan. Peter was responsible for all aspects of legal, regulatory, compliance, operations, logistics, real estate, and product registration prior to commencing operations in foreign venues.

A proven problem solver, Peter is especially skilled at blending statistical analysis with creative solutions. He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the DSA, WFDSA, Global Compliance Committee, Associate International Council, and the American Chamber of Commerce Japan.
