John Steen, a Certified Public Account and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, specializes in helping self-employed individuals with their tax and accounting needs. Mr. Steen has worked for two of the "Big 4" public accounting firms in both an accounting and consulting capacity, was the CFO of a national healthcare company and currently is the president of Steen Financial Services (www.steenfinancial.com). Mr. Steen serves as an official IRS representative for all of his clients.

Ms. Hurley graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California in 1994, with an emphasis on tax and estate planning, and received her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991. Cynthia concentrates her practice on obtaining maximum liability protection and aggressive representation for her business clients and providing assistance to individuals in accomplishing the best estate planning and asset protection for their families.

Dr. Holland has over 10 years experience in the direct sales industry bringing with him an extensive and creative knowledge of referral based marketing. Before starting NuLegacy International, Dr. Holland led a direct sales company from a start up program to a multi-million dollar corporation with over 8,000 marketing affiliates. Dr. Holland provides a proven ability to guide a representative sales force into new marketing areas. He also possesses strong analytical and planning skills, combined with the ability to coordinate organizational goals through training and motivation.

Sheri Holland brings more than 14 years of management and corporate experience to her role as Vice President. Sheri is an innovator and proven leader in the area of customer relations and has participated in the creation, development and implementation of several successful organizations. She has extensive experience with referral-based companies, as well as their customers and distributors. Sheri has helped extensively in the development of the NuLegacy concept and mandates the philosophy of honesty and integrity throughout the company.

Since his inception into the direct sales industry nine years ago, Jeff Cosgrove was quickly able to leave his 9 - 5 job and build the lifestyle he and his wife, Shelly, have come to enjoy. In addition to building his own direct sales organizations, Jeff specializes in the design and implementation of corporate lead programs, company conference calls, individual and team training, motivation and much more. His extensive background in the direct marketing industry provides a valuable resource for NuLegacy and our sales force.
