Roger Griggs

Throughout his professional life, Roger Griggs established a reputation for ground-breaking entrepreneurship. Launching several company start-ups, orchestrating business acquisitions and conceiving new product introductions, he has enjoyed decades of success in the healthcare industry. Roger’s career began as a teacher and football coach; however, his ambitions eventually led him into the pharmaceutical field. He holds a B.S. in secondary education from Indiana State and a master’s degree in secondary education from Indiana University. His educational background laid a natural foundation for his enterprising leadership abilities in the business world.

Among his most notable accomplishments is the development of the formula that would become the number one selling brand in the world for the treatment of attention deficit disorder (ADD). His motivation to promote personal health and wellbeing continues today at Union Springs. Roger’s mission is compelling. “At Union Springs, we are committed to developing unique life-enhancing products that offer distinct, higher-quality benefits in comparison to other alternatives. Carter Gaither

Carter Gaither joined Union Springs Wellness in August of 2010. He honed his financial skills with Andersen LLP’s Financial Services Practice in Washington DC, working with leveraged buyout funds such as The Carlyle Group and Perseus. Carter, with his wife Stephanie, later moved to Cincinnati where he was the Finance Director of a boutique venture firm, River Cities Capital Funds. It was there that Mr. Gaither developed his operational skills working closely with emerging portfolio companies. Carter received his Marketing degree from Boston University and later an Accounting degree from the University of Cincinnati. With his blend of experiences, he is uniquely qualified to help this cutting edge company emerge and prosper. “Of the entrepreneurial companies I have been a part of and/or seen, Union Springs Wellness is the best opportunity I have come across. Helping guide an emerging company with such a great cause behind it is a challenging but very rewarding proposition. The fact that Union Springs is in my back yard is even more fulfilling” Carter and Stephanie live in Fort Mitchell, KY with a 5 year-old daughter. His family is his top priority and the main reason he is so passionate about sharing the Union Springs Wellness system of household protection with others.

Bryan Reynolds

Bryan Reynolds has the amazing task of managing and marketing the Union Springs brand, including its Communications Division. Bryan’s creative talents in the field of media supports his desire to tell the powerful story of Union Springs, and it’s mission to help people stay well. Bryan has a bachelor of fine arts from the University of Cincinnati's College Conservatory of Music. He advanced his career by obtaining valuable experience in many facets of media, music, and design. “I joined Union Springs because of the opportunity to work in a creative environment that encourages and rewards great ideas, as well as creating the tools and communications to help advance our independent entrepreneurs.”

Elizabeth Silby

Elizabeth Siby has been an integral part of the Union Springs team since the launch of the very first product. Her commitment to service excellence has been a significant asset in the growth of the company. Possessing over 14 years of administrative experience, she serves the daily needs of the executive team, including Founder and Chairman, Roger Griggs. Elizabeth also handles all office management responsibilities. Elizabeth is a graduate of Morehead State University with a B.A. in psychology and a minor in women’s studies. She looks forward to supporting the outstanding business growth of Union Springs. “What I love about Union Springs is the people and products. I have never seen such uniqueness in both.” she says. “Also, witnessing the talent and determination of USW team, coupled with Roger’s incredible passion for the company, I know I’ve found a home.”

Sandi Mullins

Sandi Mullins came to Union Springs with 35+ years of direct sales experience, including 18 years as Vice-President of Sales for Tupperware, overseeing 80,000+ consultants. When she experienced the extraordinary benefits of the MyClyns Germ Response Spray, she recognized the incredible opportunity and knew she wanted to be part of Union Springs Wellness. With a talent for teambuilding, Sandi trains the sales force to effectively demonstrate the products, communicate the USW philosophy and develop into business leaders. Sandi’s favorite part about her role is helping others reach their goals. “What I enjoy most is bringing out the best in people, helping them to achieve more than they realize. Kathy Mitchell

Experienced direct sales professional Kathy Mitchell was excited about the chance to empower others to achieve the freedom of financial and personal health. She considers herself a coach, passionate about equipping her team to feel confident sharing the products and business opportunity. When her children were young, Kathy wanted a career where she could work her business around her family, not the other way around. Direct sales was a natural fit and she was able to achieve executive level success, becoming a Regional Vice President, owning her own franchise and serving as an advisor on the launch of emerging direct sales companies. She is an advocate dedicated to helping people be healthier, both physically and financially. Chris is recognized as a certified direct sales personal coach, Master Practitioner of NLP, speaker, trainer and thought leader. With a B.A. in health education, Chris’s background has prepared her to skillfully address health and wellness needs. As a result, she is growing a strong team of Wellness Ambassadors.
