As President and CEO, Mr. Mintz is responsible for leading the corporate side of Invado International along with providing the vision, leadership and training for the independent representative sales force. Prior to founding Invado International, Mr. Mintz has spent the last twelve years in the recruiting industry. This includes three years of leading CEO searches for technology companies and seven years as a top leader and producer in the Network Marketing Industry. He built an organization of over 10,000 independent representatives in 9 countries with more than 50,000 customers and Mr. Mintz was the number one producer in the company. In addition to recruiting and training, Mr. Mintz established himself as one of the top speakers on the topics of leadership and vision. Mr. Mintz has also founded and led several other traditional businesses in his career. These experiences give Mr. Mintz the unique skills required to lead both the corporate and network marketing divisions of Invado International |

George Clayton

Mr. Clayton is responsible for the operational and Representative Support functions of Invado International. His experience spans multiple areas of expertise. He is experienced in several network marketing companies, most recently in the natural gas and electric energy markets. He brings over 20 years of in-depth Operations Management, Human Resources and Labor Negotiations for over 40,000 employees. George has served as operations manager for over 40 supermarkets in New England and also owned several businesses. His background in Multi Level Marketing, operations, employment law and human resources make him uniquely qualified to organize and spearhead Invado International's Operations Management team. |

Judd Mintz

As Vice President of Field Training, Mr. Mintz is responsible for developing Invado International's comprehensive training system and the growth of the Leadership Team. Mr. Mintz was introduced to the Network Marketing Industry in the early nineties and has remained in the industry every since. Mr. Mintz has held a senior position in a very prominent Network Marketing Company building organizations internationally and was featured in Success From Home magazine three consectuive years in a row. His extensive experience and success make him a valuable asset to Invado International, providing in-person and web-based trainings, conducting meetings and being a mentor to the Representative force. |

Andre Maronian is a Co-Founder and Executive Vice President. In this role, Andre will use his expertise in the networking marketing industry to provide leadership and mentoring to the field of Invado International Representatives. Andre reached top positions at the prior companies he worked for, building teams of over 70,000 representatives worldwide. Andre began his career as an electrical engineer for a Fortune 200 company prior to becoming an industry legend in the multi-level marketing field. |

As Vice President of Field Development, Mr. Mintz is responsible for recruiting, developing, and training the Invado International Independent Representative force. He serves primarily as a mentor to the Independent Representatives, assisting with training and personal development. Prior to founding Invado, Mr. Mintz spent the last 10 years in the Network Marketing Industry as a Senior Leader of a Prominent Network Marketing Company where he built an organization of 50,000 customers and 10,000 reps. He was also a number one producer for the company. Prior to that, he was the Founder and President of North Coast Energy, an oil and gas exploration firm. Mr. Mintz drilled over 200 wells throughout the United States. |

Chris Thompson

As Vice President of Field Development, Chris Thompson is responsible for recruiting, developing and training the Invado International Independent Representative force. He has taken an active role in the company's state-of-the-art online systems and manages the online support systems so valuable to Independent Representatives. Prior to founding Invado International, Mr. Thompson spent the last 15 years growing and developing his Custom Home Building Company in Southwest Florida. During that time, Mr. Thompson was also a leader in the Network Marketing Industry. He has built and supported a large organization of representatives and customers with a company based out of Canada. In addition to his professional career, Mr. Thompson earned his wings as a Certified Commercial Pilot in the Aviation Industry. |
