Debra founded Jockey Person to Person, Inc., in order to provide women with a great career opportunity that doesn't come at the expense of their personal lives. As a former teacher and working mother, she understands exactly how difficult it can be to balance work and home life. She created Jockey Person to Person® so women wouldn't have to choose between their family and their careers, by offering an opportunity to balance both in a fun and creative way.
