Care Entree executive bios

Frank Apodaca is Precis’ President as well as President and CEO of Access HealthSource, a subsidiary of Precis, Inc. Frank joined our company in October of 2004 as Executive Vice President. He has held executive positions with for profit managed health organizations and hospitals including the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and Columbia Health Care Systems before the two merged; forming the largest hospital corporation in the United States. Frank was a key member of the hospital operating group at Providence Memorial Hospital in El Paso. He served as vice president of Managed Care and Business Development at Providence while also serving as President for its two for profit managed care subsidiaries including a Physician Hospital Organization and a 501a Medical Corporation licensed to practice medicine in Texas. Frank attended the University of Texas at El Paso.

Bob Bintliff joined Precis, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in August of 2004. His career has included 19 years of experience as a CPA in public practice, including service as an audit partner in the firm of Coopers & Lybrand, predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, one of the world’s largest professional services firms and several years operating his own accounting and management consulting practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Additionally, he has held positions in executive management with several companies, including President and CEO of Jim Bridges Acquisition Company and Chief Financial Officer of Comercis, Inc. Earlier in his career, he held a senior financial management position in InterFirst Corporation, a $9 billion regional bank holding company. Bob holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas. Bob’s many years of experience with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and operational management will be invaluable to Precis, Inc. In addition, his extensive experience with due diligence in mergers and acquisitions makes him a perfect fit for us as we continue to grow and expand our business.
