Charles Brink JD, is a cofounder, Board Member and Chief Operating Officer of Monarch Health Sciences, Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Brink is responsible for infrastructure development, vendor relationships, corporate administration, financial management and operational implementation of the Company’s business strategy.
Mr. Brink has over 20 years experience in the successful organization and operational management of a number of high tech startups. As a founder, Chief Executive Officer and/or Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Brink has been responsible for creating and managing joint ventures throughout Asia, South America and the Middle East.
He was a corporate attorney for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. where he had responsibility for merger and acquisition due diligence and corporate-wide management of intellectual property rights. Mr. Brink began his career as an Assistant District Attorney for Bonneville County, Idaho. He is an attorney in the State of Idaho. Mr. Brink received his BA degree in Special Education from Florida Atlantic University, graduating Cum Laude, and his JD degree from Gonzaga University, College of Law.

Dallin Larsen is a cofounder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Monarch Health Sciences, Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Larsen is responsible for the Company's strategic development, creation of its product and services distribution channels, management of key personnel, recruitment of Associates and the Company's financial performance.
Mr. Larsen has over 13 years experience in the nutritional products, direct sales industry. In March, 1992, Mr. Larsen participated in the founding and was Senior Vice President of Sales for USANA, Inc., a Salt Lake City direct sales nutritional products company. Under his direction, USANA grew from zero revenue to over $120 million in annual sales, with over 70,000 sales associates in nine countries. During this 9-year period, he was responsible for building USANA's distribution network, both domestically and internationally. In addition, he was responsible for all sales training, regional, national and international events, Distributor Incentive Programs, Corporate Image and field communications. Through his efforts, USANA was rated by an independent publication as the top Direct Sales Company in America for 3 consecutive years and Mr. Larsen's leadership was featured in National Publications.
Mr. Larsen has served on the Board of Directors for the Direct Selling Association in Washington D.C., the governing board for the Direct Sales Industry and has long been recognized as a strong advocate for Distributor and Associate rights. He earned his BS degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.
