Steve Aust, Co-Founder, Executive Vice President
Steve Aust attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, receiving a B.S. in Business Administration in 1982. Since that time he has built a career of solid business experience that spans over 20 years. Since 1991, Steve has worked to raise over $100M in Venture Capital for several direct sales companies. In the mid 1990's Steve worked to raise capital for numerous dot.coms. Among these firms is the Video Home Shopping Network.com where he raised $8M, Visionquest.com where he raised $2.5M and 2Extreme Sports.com where he not only raised $5M but also took the company public. Another project of notoriety, in 1995, Steve worked with the world-renowned developer and financier, Donald Trump to create the Wall Street Café theme restaurant on 40 Wall Street in New York City's financial district. Steve secured $12M in initial financing to complete the development of the Wall Street Café.
Prior to working in the investment Banking industry Steve had a very successful career direct sales. He owned and operated his own direct sales company that marketed many various products which span from nutrition and skin care to travel and entertainment. Steve performed in the Top 100 for 12 years with various direct sales companies with over 250,000 distributors.
Steve has had a very dynamic professional life, prior to his business success in direct sales and investment-banking Steve spent his young adult life as a college and professional athlete. While at Pepperdine University he played Division I Basketball leading him to a professional basketball career playing for a European league as well as the Summer League Los Angeles Lakers. During his time on the Lakers squad Steve played with the likes of Magic Johnson, Wilt Chamberlain and other world-class players.

James Clayton

With over 30 years of business experience Mr. Clayton is no stranger to the challenges of today’s corporate environment. His hands on referral marketing and dot com participation are beneficial in dealing with what effects the bottom line and ultimately the success of a company. It is his responsibility to see that processes are efficient and profitable for the company. These skills come into play every day where Mr. Clayton is responsible for managing and administering operations at Zippi Auctions, Inc. Jim brings the strategic focus and mature business judgment gained during three decades of diverse C.O.O. and marketing experience with a variety of entrepreneurial and high-technology businesses.
Jim’s responsibilities as C.O.O. with a nutritional products manufacturer, was to bring the company up to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. There he was responsible for infrastructure in addition to Human-Resources development, IT, Customer Service and Transportation Management. Mr. Clayton was Director of Strategic Markets in the dot com space where he was responsible for sourcing evaluating and negotiating corporate resources as well as consumer products and services.
Mr. Clayton attributes his marketing savvy to his 12 year joint venture relationship with the award winning agency Fawcett Productions where he co-produced infomercials, corporate training and motivation programs for clients such as Chrysler Corporation, Commonwealth Commodity Brokers, City of Hope and TravelMax among others. Mr. Clayton was born in Miami, Florida, earned his B.A., in Business Administration at the University of Miami. Jim is an honorably discharged army veteran, is married and the father to four children. |

Prior to First Class Communications, Mr. Mario co-founded and served as President at WebbPlus, Inc., an Internet startup founded in 1996. He was responsible for WebbPlus's new technology and Internet operations. Mr. Mario’s experience in direct sales and Internet marketing offers exciting opportunities for Zippi™ as well as “speed to market” advantages with innovative products and services to consumer and business markets. |
