Ray Grimm is a seasoned and highly regarded executive in the Direct Selling Industry with a track record that includes the successful launch of three companies, each achieving over $50 million in annual sales within their first five years. Mr. Grimm has served as Chairman, CEO, President and COO in these companies. He recently sold his interest in a 15 year old Direct Sales Company that he co founded in 1989 to start FemOne, Inc. Mr. Grimm believes companies are a reflection of their people and surrounds himself with the best in the industry. His management style creates an attractive work environment where empowerment defines the corporate culture. Mr. Grimm’s professional affiliations include being a member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA), a board member of the Multilevel Marketing International Association (MLMIA), a member of the UCLA Chancellors Associates, President of the California State Board of Childhelp USA, member of San Diego State Big 64, and sits on the Board of Advisors and Directors of a number of companies in Southern California. |

After graduating from the University of Wyoming, Larry worked as an engineer with General Electric until he was exposed to a new concept in marketing in 1966 called network marketing. In a few short years he and his wife, Pat, rose to become the number one distributor in the company. Shortly thereafter, the company sent them to Australia and then to Japan to head sales and marketing operations there. With a change in circumstances in Japan, Larry served as a training and management consultant to new companies, one of which went on to become one the largest companies in the network marketing and wellness industry. Returning to the US, he continued to operate a training and consulting business until in 1989 that same Japanese company asked him to head sales and marketing operations in North America. In the ensuing years, Larry became Senior Vice President responsible for all international sales and training for operations in over 30 countries. Having conducted workshops and seminars all over the world in Leadership skills and business building techniques for now over 30 years, he is uniquely qualified to assist Bio Pro with its adventures in Self Discovery. |

Lynda Cormier

Lynda Cormier is a professional speaker and author whose extensive career began as a top rated sales representative and trainer for Fortune 100 companies, including Jostens and Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals. An expert team builder, Ms. Cormier set records in growing her own organization with the 2nd largest networking company in the world. Her combined background in Corporate America and in the Direct Selling Industry led her to her true passion of helping bring out the best in others. A graduate from the University of Southern California, Ms. Cormier also studied at Cambridge University in England and holds a degree in English Literature.

Eric Alexander has been a principal in bringing products and services to the marketplace for over 35 years. He helped pioneer the laser videodisc technology in the early 1980s by recruiting and training the largest single sales organization in the Direct Selling Industry at that time. Most recently Eric was Director of Training for a one billion dollar global company. Eric is extremely skilled in helping build field organizations, teaching team building, organizational development, and management techniques. His success in Network Marketing places him on a short list of knowledgeable industry professionals. |

Alfred Hanser

Alfred Hanser is an experienced Marketing and Sales Consultant, as well as a successful entrepreneur. During his career, Mr. Hanser worked as a Management Consultant for a prominent international Marketing and Sales Consulting firm. He worked with Fortune 500 clients such as Merck, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson. Further, Mr. Hanser co-founded a European medical device distribution company that has since grown into a multi-million-dollar operation with representation in 7 countries. He is also a co-founder of WellCare, Inc., a California-based Wellness Program Provider to affiliations with large membership-bases. Mr. Hanser serves on the Board of Directors for several U.S. and European companies, and holds Magna-Cum-Laude degrees in Organizational Behavior Business Policy and International Business from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. |

Darah Grimm

Darah Grimm oversees all Customer Relations for BIOPRO. With strong customer service skills, Ms. Grimm is highly experienced in sales as she was the Top Sales Representative for Dickie Walker Marine Clothing Company and worked in Customer Service with BodyWise International. As her expertise includes organizing, staffing and managing Trade Show booths for the Natural Products Industry, Ms. Darah Grimm brings sales, event planning, and management skills to the BIOPRO team. Ms. Grimm is a graduate of UCLA with a B.A. in Sociology and is looking forward to working with BIOPRO Sales Consultants and assisting them in growing their business. |

Cindi Moore

Ms. Moore has been our controller since October 2003. She brings ten years management accounting, financial analysis and securities reporting experience to the Company. Ms. Moore was a member of the startup team of Avanir Pharmaceuticals (AMEX: AVN) and was its controller from 1995 to 1999. Ms. Moore's financial and accounting experience has primarily been in the biotech, software development, and manufacturing industries. She brings to FemOne experience in starting accounting departments, building efficient accounting teams, as well as hands on experience in securities reporting and investor communications. Ms. Moore holds a certificate in accounting from UCSD. |

Danica Grimm Ciulli brings an extensive background in Event Planning along with her graphic arts expertise to BIOPRO. Mrs. Ciulli is also an experienced Sales professional working with La Jolla Motoring from 1993 – 1998. Furthermore she was the top salesperson and Trade Show Coordinator for NPICenter.com. Mrs. Ciulli graduated from UCLA in 1998 with a B.A. in Studio Art and is the creative genius behind many of the marketing materials offered by BIOPRO Technology.

Ms. Rachel Freno has over 10 years of experience in the Direct Selling industry. Specializing in Operations, her expertise includes telecommunications, infrastructure development, database management, systems implementation and management, and end user support. She has managed projects that include call center implementations, migration from legacy systems to state of the art technology, software specification requirements, and support of those new technologies. Ms. Freno has had the opportunity to work for several multi million dollar companies, starting with them from inception and supporting them through their exponential growth throughout both the US and Canada. |
