Andy has been with UI from the beginning, joining as VP of Marketing & E-Commerce in early 2007. He is responsible for all marketing and online services and brands as well as customer service. He was also instrumental in the development and branding of the Natural Visions™ line. Andy has extensive experience in both traditional and online marketing, and brings that valuable knowledge and insight to Ultra International. He came to UI from the marketing department at AMC Theatres, where he managed their loyalty & strategic marketing programs. He has also worked on the marketing firm side, as an Account Manager at VML, one of the premier marketing firms in the US. There he worked with a wide variety of clients and projects including the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Sprint (Youth Marketing), VFW Foundation, Mountain Valley Spring Water, ATP, Southern Wine and Spirit, and KC Recycles. A Kansas City, Missouri native, Andy attended the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and received a BSBA degree from the renowned Kenan-Flagler Business School. He also holds a minor in history. Andy is passionate about his philanthropic endeavors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for DeLaSalle Education Center and the Don Bosco Community Centers. He serves as the President of S.O.U.L. (Society of Urban Leadership), a philanthropic group he co-founded in 2007. He has also done various charitable work around Kansas City with the American Diabetes Association, Rotary Club, and Belles of the American Royal.
