art brings over 30 years of extensive experience, including quality assurance, manufacturing process development and new product research. He was a lab manager for a Fortune 500 company, a senior scientist at one of the world's largest dairy cooperatives and a technical director for an international manufacturer of food ingredients. Throughout his career, Bart has been involved technically and conceptually in many of the well-known food products that we consume today.
