Chad Spence has 18 years of experience in both consulting and architecting enterprise software solutions for a myriad of industries. Chad began his career with a start-up that was eventually purchased by Equifax and still thrives today using many of the technologies developed in the early 90s. In 1999, Chad started Fusion Group Consulting with two of his colleagues from Equifax, where they secured a long-term relationship with their former employer, and forged new closely aligned partnerships with heavyweights such as the prestigious Big 4 firm, KPMG LLP.
These collaborative efforts have served a “who’s who” segment of Corporate America with very compelling results. Chad began focusing on the network marketing industry in 2004 and recruited the development team that set industry records by launching Agel Enterprises in 12 countries on day one. Using the proprietary software Mr. Spence and his team developed, Agel expanded into over 50 countries. Many companies continue to use this software platform to run their international and domestic ventures. In 2007, Mr. Spence branched into the unsecured loan industry and by 2009 had developed an industry-best loan management system used to manage numerous loan portfolios and lending operations. This lead to a merger with Direct Assistance Corp, an employee Financial Assistance Program, where Mr. Spence was named Chief Technology Officer and equity partner. Chad left his full-time active role as CTO in early 2011 to focus on carefully valuated network marketing endeavors.
Chad is married with one son, three step children, and six step grand-children. In his spare time, Chad enjoys following and participating in sports and spending time with his family.
