Charlie Brink

Charles Brink JD, is a cofounder, Board Member and Chief Operating Officer of Monarch Health Sciences, Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Brink is responsible for infrastructure development, vendor relationships, corporate administration, financial management and operational implementation of the Company’s business strategy. Mr. Brink has over 20 years experience in the successful organization and operational management of a number of high tech startups. As a founder, Chief Executive Officer and/or Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Brink has been responsible for creating and managing joint ventures throughout Asia, South America and the Middle East. He was a corporate attorney for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. where he had responsibility for merger and acquisition due diligence and corporate-wide management of intellectual property rights. Mr. Brink began his career as an Assistant District Attorney for Bonneville County, Idaho. He is an attorney in the State of Idaho. Mr. Brink received his BA degree in Special Education from Florida Atlantic University, graduating Cum Laude, and his JD degree from Gonzaga University, College of Law.
