David Bradford, Director

David Bradford is a seasoned high tech executive who brings over 20 years of operational and legal experience to the Board. As Senior Vice-President and General Counsel of Novell, Inc. for nearly 15 years, Mr. Bradford led Novell through a series of acquisitions, public offerings, and business development activities. He has served as Chairman of the Board of the Business Software Alliance, the leading business software trading association in the world. Mr. Bradford sits on numerous corporate Boards including I-Link, Pervasive Software, Found, Inc., and Altius. Additionally, he is on the Advisory Boards for 2Thanku.com, MyComputer.com and the Board of Trustees for Utah Valley State College. Mr. Bradford has a Juris Doctor Degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. The Management Team also includes highly qualified individuals with extensive domestic and international backgrounds including internet development, marketing, finance, and accounting for both Fortune 500 companies and startups.
