Ernie believed that he could be successful in anything he decided to do and successful he was! A career that includes top 5 earner with several companies, Director of Marketing, Advisory Council member and motivational speaker to name only a few of his many accomplishments. Ernie gives us this advice; “It’s all about being coachable, anyone can achieve more than I have. You must, however, want more out of life than what you have and instill the power of a made up mind in achieving your goals.” Simply stated if you think you are good then you will be a good person and if you think you are successful then successful you will be.
