Robert “Bob” Thompson is a seasoned executive whose career spans the environmental, medical, nuclear, and insurance sectors. He has led both private and public companies, with extensive experience in engineering, product development, manufacturing, compliance, and strategic growth. His background includes senior leadership at Optec International and Cal Bay Controls, as well as decades of work in technical innovation and business operations. Today, he leads R. Thompson Insurance Brokerage Firm and brings broad executive and operational insight to the organization.
