Dr. Chen received his Ph.D in Applied Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin in 1989. Dr. Chen's background includes an extensive background in the development and programming of dynamic software applications. In 1997-1998, Dr. Chen Led the Performance Analysis Team for American Airlines to establish the Corporate Intranet, a date warehouse and analytical system.
