Kelley V Kirker

Mr. Kirker has served in various capacities for Nussentials Corporation since November, 2004. He has served as president of Ongoing Solutions, a business consulting firm, since April, 2004. Prior to Ongoing Solutions, Mr. Kirker served as a Director and COO for ITIS Holdings, Inc. from 1999 to May 2004. Mr. Kirker has over eighteen years of experience in software programming, document management and content development with ITIS, Inc. Mr. Kirker served ITIS, Inc. in various capacities, including Vice President of Programming and Production, 1987 - 1994; President / COO from 1994 - 2000; and CEO from October 1, 1999 to June 2002. Prior to ITIS, Inc., Mr. Kirker worked approximately five years as a programmer analyst and senior programmer for Texaco, Inc., in its computer and information services area. Mr. Kirker holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
