Mark MacCloskey

Mr. MacCloskey began his professional career in 1986 as a junior broker on Wall Street, and has spent most of his life serving his clients in the financial services industry in a variety of capacities. He has helped to raise over $200 million dollars in investment capital for both start-up and established companies, structuring complex financial transactions requiring a high degree of insight and creativity.  As a founder and Principal at the firm of MG Securities Group, an NASD brokerage, trading, and investment banking boutique, he helped to develop and oversee a state of the art, online trading platform that was capable of processing a staggering 50,000 trades per second.  Mr. MacCloskey has held NASD licenses 24, 4, 7, 63 and 55.

It was, however, an investment banking assignment in the nutraceutical and bottled beverage industry that changed his life forever and set him on his current path. That assignment convinced him of a tremendous opportunity, and after months of research and due diligence, he formed a first-rate management and science advisory team to help him take advantage of the opportunity he saw. The Fountain of Life is the culmination of that vision.
