Mr. Hluchanek has over 22 years of experience in the information technology field. He has served in various capacities for Ongoing Solutions, a business consulting firm, since June 2004. Prior to that Mr. Hluchanek held various positions for ITIS, Inc. including Vice President of Programming from 1987 - 2004. Prior to ITIS, Mr. Hluchanek worked approximately six years as a programmer and programmer analyst for Texaco, Inc. Mr. Hluchanek graduated from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) in 1981 with a degree in Computer Information Systems.
