Michael A Sullivan, Director of Operations
Michael has over 30 years experience in operations at both General Motors and Dayton Public Schools. He was also an adjunct professor for Purdue University for six years, and specializes in developing, training and teaching others to achieve their highest levels of performance. Mike has completed the classroom work toward a Doctorate in adult education and holds an MBA from Ball State University as well as a BS in Industrial Engineering from General Motors Institute. He has certifications from Myers-Briggs, SYMLOG and The Human Element. As an author, he has written for ASTD Technical Training books. Mike has a very successful history of turning unprofitable situations into profitable ones and possesses excellent people skills. Mike’s objective is to be a leader and visionary in developing organizations.
