He has extensive experience with both private and public companies, from start up to Fortune 500. Mr. Carter is well versed in all aspects of corporate management including product development, procurement, manufacturing, sales and marketing, corporate administration, information systems and finance.

Mr. Carter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine and a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating with honors.
