Reggie Cook

Reggie Cook is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AMS and serves on the Board of Directors. Reggie Cook has been with AMS since November 2000 and has served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President since February, 2001. Prior to his current position, Mr. Cook served as the Chief Financial Officer for a Fortune 500 Energy Company subsidiary. He received his B.B.A. in accounting, management and finance and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. He brings 26 years of experience with him to the AMS company, 18 of those years spent in senior management positions guiding regulated industries that must operate under intense regulatory scrutiny. Under his leadership, AMS has tightened key policies and procedures. Due to the revamping of the system of checks and balances, the company operates at a higher level of efficiency.
