The FTC filed a complaint and was granted a preliminatry injunction against defendents Trek Alliance, J. Kale Flagg, Harry Flagg, Richard and Tiffany Von Albensleben alleging the company used deceptive earnings claims to lure recruits into investing hundreds of thousands of dolalrs in their illegal schemes.
