We know our mushroom contains good amounts of compounds with antioxidants, radical scavenging, immunodulating, liver protecting properties”. “It can be a good source for producing natural drinks that can induce alertness and energy without caffeine because it contains a high amount of triterpenes and phenolic compounds that play an important role in alertness and energy; steroidal compounds that have anti-inflammatory effects as well as increased cellular function and metabolism. These compounds enhance oxygen absorbing capacity resulting in alertness and stamina”.
