Tom Peterson

Tom, a native Minnesotan, brings with him the work ethic and commitment he learned from being raised on an Owatonna family farm. He attended the University of Wisconsin – Stout where he studied Industrial Technology. Tom, and his wife Sue, have four children ages 15 to 28 and are also very active in their local church and community.

Tom’s brings to NatureRich an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience in manufacturing, distribution and business management. In 1989, Tom and his wife Sue started Concepts and Designs (CAD) in their home as a computer aided drafting company. In 1991, the business began manufacturing Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment, and was incorporated as Concepts and Designs, Inc. (CDI). The 15-year old company now employs 120 people and is growing at a rate of 15% per year. Tom and Sue also owned and operated an aviation service company, a coffee importing business and currently have a real estate holding company for leased industrial properties.

Tom served on the Owatonna Business Incubator Board, Minnesota Technology, Inc. Board of Directors and is currently serving on the Engineering Board of Oral Roberts University.
