GUADALAJARA, Mexico -- October 23, 2025

Betterware de Mexico, the parent of Jafra and Betterware, reported third-quarter consolidated revenue of 3.38 billion pesos, up 1.4 percent from a year earlier. EBITDA rose 22.1 percent from the prior year's adjusted figure to 722.1 million pesos, a margin of 21.4 percent, and net income was 314.2 million pesos compared with a net loss of 112.6 million pesos in the year-earlier quarter. Jafra Mexico revenue grew 7.9 percent to 1.75 billion pesos and its adjusted EBITDA rose 31.3 percent to 417.8 million pesos, a margin of 23.8 percent, helped by a renewed Royal Body line, a new Magnetique men's fragrance and continued strength in Royal Jelly products. Jafra U.S. revenue was flat at 12.7 million dollars, although September was its best month in three years at 5.5 million dollars, up 30 percent. The U.S. unit posted a quarterly EBITDA loss of 442,000 dollars, and the company said its year-to-date EBITDA included about 27 million pesos of one-time legal settlement fees tied to labor claims made before its 2022 acquisition of Jafra. Jafra U.S. ended the quarter with 26,450 associates, down 9.1 percent. Betterware Mexico revenue declined 5.3 percent.

Chief Executive Andres Campos Chevallier said the company plans to launch Betterware in Colombia in the first quarter of 2026 after Betterware Ecuador surpassed 5,900 associates. Shareholders approved a third-quarter dividend of 200 million pesos, and the company said it expects to close 2025 with revenue and EBITDA growth of 1 to 5 percent, citing weaker than anticipated consumer trends in Mexico.
