Natura said it has sold Avon's Russian operations to Arnest Group for about 26.9 million euros, with payment received on February 17, 2026. Avon Russia was the last Avon International asset still controlled by Natura, which said the deal completes its corporate simplification.
The sale follows Natura's completion of the sale of Avon International to Regent at the end of December 2025. Natura retained the Avon brand and operations in Latin America and said it plans to relaunch Avon in the region in the first half of 2026.
"With the sale of Avon International concluded, Natura definitively enters a new chapter," Chief Executive Joao Paulo Ferreira said in a statement, according to a translation from the original Portuguese.
