Regent completed its acquisition of The Avon Company, Avon North America, from LG Household & Health Care on September 1, 2026, reuniting the U.S. and Canada business with Avon International under common ownership for the first time since 2016.
LG H&H USA transferred all 60,000,100 shares of The Avon Company to Stratford Worldwide, a Regent affiliate. A Korean disclosure tied to closing fixed the settlement at about 5.57 million dollars, or about 7.65 billion won, below the roughly 6 million dollars contemplated when the deal was announced August 24. Regent acquired Avon International from Natura in January 2026. Latin America remains with Natura.
Upon closing, Lisa Siders, previously chief operating officer of Avon International and Regent operating partner for Avon, became chief executive officer of the combined Avon group, succeeding Kristof Neirynck. Avon North America sells skincare, color cosmetics, fragrance and personal care through social selling Ambassadors in the United States and Canada.
