Natural Health Trends Corp. reported third-quarter 2022 revenue of 11.7 million dollars, down 18 percent from a year earlier and down 12 percent from the second quarter. The company recorded an operating loss of 145,000 dollars and net income of 47,000 dollars.
Active members declined 10 percent from a year earlier to 41,170. Cash and investments totaled 70.7 million dollars. The board declared a quarterly dividend of 0.20 dollars per share payable November 25.
President Chris Sharng said COVID restrictions in China continued to weigh on the business, which sells primarily into Hong Kong.
